SEE YOU IN OPATIJA? More than 200 participants expected at the 19th Wood-Technology Conference

Exactly one month remains until the 19th Wood-Technology Conference in Opatija, the central gathering of the forest-based industries in Croatia and the region. More than 200 participants will discuss key challenges in wood industry and forestry, as well as analyze current market trends.

Possibilities for further growth and strengthening of these industries, which are gaining new momentum thanks to new EU policies and their low-carbon aspect, but also their importance in the revitalization of rural areas, will also be discussed.

The gathering is expected to traditionally bring together numerous wood processors, foresters, parquet manufacturers, carpentry and furniture producers, biomass processors, wood and furniture traders, investors, suppliers of technology and raw materials, representatives of sector fairs, university and high school professors and representatives of relevant institutions.
