The Institute of Economics Conducts Research on Clusters! A Number of R & D Projects will be Presented

Since there are more operational clusters in the woodworking sector as well as successful cluster of competitiveness, the Zagreb Institute of Economics is preparing a presentation of the results of its research in which are analyzed the effects of clustering in the wood processing industry. The sector’s competitiveness issues are very current at EU level, particularly in the context of the 4th industrial revolution, where robots, new materials and smart technology solutions are playing a significant role. Some examples of such and similar R & D projects will be presented at the Conference.
