20th Wood-Technology Conference

The program is divided into two days and two locations for the first time. The first day will be traditionally held in Opatija in the presence of numerous dignitaries who will join the discussion on key sectoral topics, while the second day of the conference will take place in Bjelin’s HQ in Ogulin. Bjelin is a Swedish-Croatian company, one of the world’s most important wood flooring manufacturers.
The company is currently building a new factory in Ogulin. This production facility, located on a 330,000 m² plot of land along the motorway between Zagreb and Split, will be Bjelin’s main floor production facility in Europe and world’s largest wood flooring factory, with a production capacity of more than 20 million square meters of flooring per year, and 600 employees.
Participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with Bjelin’s production processes, and in Ogulin it is planned to conclude the conference with a round table.
